Geo Alerts enable you to send push notification reminders to app users when they are in close proximity to your location.
How it works
- 1The GeoCoupons™ app establishes a geofence (which is a virtual perimeter with a 100 meter radius) around the GPS coordinates of your location.
- 2When a user of the app crosses the geofence area, the app sends a push notification to remind the user about your location and coupons.
- 3For the GeoAlerts to be sent, users must: (1) allow GPS tracking for the app, and (2) enable Geo Alerts for your merchant location.

- Geo Alerts are constantly broadcasting a signal to notify your potential customers at the optimum time—when they are nearby!
- No other form of marketing can geo target your potential customers so effectively. Not mailers. Not texting. Not billboards. Not emails. Not social media.
- Precisely timed reminders will get your current customers to return more often and get new customers to give you a try.
The Loyalty Rewards program tracks and rewards your customers once they have redeemed 10 of your coupons.
How it works
- 1Create a special “Loyalty Reward” coupon to be given to your customers after they have redeemed the number of coupons you specify.
- 2The Loyalty points will appear in the app when users select your Location.
- 3Each time a user redeems a coupon at your location, the app will automatically give them an additional loyalty point.
- 4*To receive loyalty credit, users must allow GPS tracking and be in your location at the time of redemption. A maximum of one loyalty credit per day per location.
- 5Users may click on the Preview Reward link to see what loyalty reward coupon they will receive.
- 6 After redeeming the specified number of coupons, the Loyalty Reward coupon will appear as an available coupon for the user to redeem on a subsequent visit.

The Coupon Promotions program alerts your customers about new or time-sensitive coupons.
How it works
- 1Enter a new coupon in the backend Merchant Portal.
- 2Select the option to send out Push Notifications to your customers (limited to once per month).
- 3Users who have redeemed at least one coupon at your location will receive a push notification about your new coupon.
- 4 Clicking on the notification will take the user directly to the new coupon you added.

The Customer Survey program enables you to receive direct feedback from your customers in a timely and efficient manner.

- 1Create your survey in the backend Merchant Portal.
- 2Fifteen minutes after redeeming your coupon, customers will receive a notification with the option to complete the survey.
- 3You may choose to offer a Reward Coupon for completing the survey.
- 4All survey responses can be viewed in the Merchant Portal.

The Ratings & Reviews program improves your online ratings and customer reviews on the websites most important to your business.
How it works
- 1Paste links to your online review webpages like Yelp, Google, TripAdvisor, etc.
- 2Fifteen minutes after redeeming your coupon, users will be asked to rate their experience on a scale of 1 to 5.
- 3If they rate their experience as a 4 or 5, they will be invited to leave a review at one of your online review sites.
- 4If they rate their experience a 1, 2 or 3, they will instead be asked to provide feedback (which will be emailed directly to you—instead of leaving negative online reviews).
